A payout is sent.
If the candidate is placed and meets the payout criteria (see Terms and Conditions below), up to a $10,000 payment is issued.

After the candidate completes the payout milestone outlined in the Terms and Conditions below.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This program is open to individuals in our professional network. To be eligible, the referral must be submitted before the candidate has applied directly to us or entered our active recruiting process.2. Qualified Referral Requirements
A referral is eligible only if the candidate:- Meets the baseline qualifications for at least one active role
- Has provided consent to be contacted by Engineering Search Partners
- Has not been submitted to or engaged with us within the prior 8 months
3. Successful Referral Definition
A referral is considered successful only if the candidate:- Accepts an offer presented through our recruiting efforts
- Completes all required screening steps
- Begins employment
4. Payout Milestone
The referral payout is awarded only after the candidate completes 90 days of employment. If employment ends prior to this milestone, no referral payout is owed.5. One Payout Per Candidate
Only one referral payout may be awarded per candidate. If multiple referrals are submitted, the first eligible submission received will be recognized.6. Payment Terms
The referral payout is a 50& of ESP's commission up to $10,000 USD and will be issued within 30 days of confirming the payout milestone. Payment will be made via ACH or company check.7. Exclusions and Limitations
No payout will be issued if:- The candidate was already in our database or active process within the prior 8 months
- The referral conflicts with client agreements or placement restrictions
- Eligibility criteria are not met, as determined by Engineering Search Partners
- There is a conflict of interest.
